"In response to a few questions that were asked about retiree medical, we wanted to help clear some things up.

The impact of the closure of the Portland Daimler Truck plant will have no effect on continuing retiree medical. The Company is making a change to the provider, though.

They have informed us that starting January 1, 2027, the Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO option will be the only option available for retiree healthcare. Kaiser will no longer be offered.
